2009 Stallion Reports Due

By January 15, 2010

Why do you need to file this report?
You are very proud of your stallion and you want the record of his future offspring to be 100% accurate.  This is accomplished by you, the stallion owner, by providing the GHRA registry with the "Stallion Breeding Report" once each year...

This report is your acknowledgement of which mares your stallion bred and how and when.  This prevents any confusion that could arise over claims that offspring are from your stallion.   This report is due once each year and must be submitted to the registry ON or BEFORE January 15th for the previous year's breedings.  This report is critical for the accuracy of your stallion's legacy.

How do you submit this report?
Click here to download the "Stallion Breeding Report".   Please submit one separate report for EACH stallion.  Please print and fill in the information on this report and return it to the registry by no later than January 15th

*Note - This report is FREE to you IF it is in the registry's hands on time.   There is a $25 late fee per stallion PLUS $10 per mare if this report is not filed on time.  Please take the time to provide this report for the accuracy of the Studbook for this breed.
