The 2010 Annual Meeting will be held during the 2nd Annual GHRA WORLD SHOW at the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo grounds on Saturday January 30th, 2010.

2010 Annual Meeting January 31, 2009

The Annual Meeting will be January 30th, 2010; 8:00 a.m. till 10:00 a.m. in the meeting room upstairs in Cattle Barn 4 at the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo, in Fort Worth, Texas. If you are planning to attend the annual meeting please fill this reservation form and send to the GHRA 1611 Old Reno Road Springtown, TX 76082, with a check for the $20 annual meeting fee. These must be postmarked by January 1, 2010 so we can get the number to the venue required caterers for water, coffee, etc. There is an additional grounds fee of Adults: $8, Children 6 – 16: $4, Children 5 & Under: free, to enter the grounds where the meeting is being held (cash only, they do not take credit cards or checks at the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo grounds). Take University Drive North exit off I-30, go about a mile North on University Drive and the grounds will be on your left. If you wish to attend a Rodeo performance while you are here for our meeting and show, you need to get tickets now as performances are usually sold out by the time the event starts.
